This official memorandum outlines the updated sailing parameters, departure frequencies, and terminal protocols for cross-boundary ferry services between Hong Kong and Macau for the remainder of the 2026 operational year. Due to shifting commuter demands and fleet efficiency optimizations, operators TurboJet and Cotai Water Jet have modernized their timetables under the supervision of the Marine Department.

1. TurboJet Operational Timetable (To Macau Outer Harbour) TurboJet will maintain high-density sailings connecting Shun Tak Centre directly to the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Standard weekday departures will run every 15 to 30 minutes during daytime operations (07:00 - 23:59). Night sailings will operate hourly from 00:00 to 06:00 to sustain 24-hour connectivity. - **First Sailing (HK to Macau):** 07:00 AM - **Last Day Sailing (HK to Macau):** 23:30 PM - **Night Sailings:** Hourly (00:30, 01:30, 03:00, 04:30, 06:00)

2. Cotai Water Jet Operational Timetable (To Macau Taipa) Cotai Water Jet will focus on servicing passenger flows bound for the Cotai Strip via the Taipa Ferry Terminal. High-speed catamaran services are scheduled at 30-minute intervals during core hours (08:00 - 22:00). - **First Sailing (HK to Taipa):** 07:30 AM - **Last Day Sailing (HK to Taipa):** 22:30 PM - **Night Sailings:** Scheduled at 23:30 and 01:00.

3. Peak Season & Holiday Guidelines During peak travel periods (Lunar New Year, Golden Week, and major public holidays), passenger volumes at Shun Tak Centre escalate by up to 150%. Travelers are strictly advised to adhere to the following directives: - **Mandatory Reservation:** Purchase tickets at least 72 hours in advance via authorized online channels. Walk-up ticketing counters will have limited inventory. - **Early Arrival:** Passengers must arrive at the Level 3 Departure Hall at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing to accommodate enhanced baggage checks and immigration clearance. - **Ticket Validity:** Tickets are valid only for the specific sailing printed on the face of the document.
